PinTasking, A must have app for all android users

Alt-tab doesn't really exist in Android: there is always the extra step of opening the recent tabs window. Pintasking solves this by letting you pin apps to the screen as small buttons that can be pressed at any time from any app.

When you press the pin, the app opens, and the pin turns into a pair of arrows that can be pressed to quickly return to the previous app or window. It's very handy if you need to frequently switch between two or more apps.

The Lenovo Vibe S1 is all about the design. It has glass on both the front and back, with a curved back and metal rim on the side. Despite the glass body the phone isn't a fingerprint magnet and is very light. The overall design is not only good looking but also really ergonomic. It's right up there with the OnePlus 2 and the Vibe S1 looks a tad better than the OnePlusX.

PERFORMANCE

The 1.7Ghz octa-core Media Tek MT6752 processor also perform quite well, with no stutters or lags. Gaming on this phone is better than a Snapdragon 615, but inferior to the Snapdragon 801. The tradeoff thought is in battery life. The Vibe S1's battery can last 7-10 hours on regular usage.

CAMERA

Further the 13MP camera on the back is also quite good in terms of image quality. It does well in depicting true to source colours, while being somewhat lacking in details. Also the camera is a tad slow in focusing and image processing when compared to the OnePlus X or the  Moto X Play. On the front is a dual 8MP+2MP camera, which dosent really accomplish much. While the  image quality is satisfactory, the dual camera setting merely allows you some post processing options, nothing more. Bit of a downer, this, to be honest.

DISPLAY

Lastly the 5 inch 1080p display is slightly dim and not quite as good as the two competitors mentioned above. Lenovo Vibe U1 also falters with too many pre-installed apps.

FINAL SCORE : 3.5/5

ACTION LAUNCHER FULL REVIEW

Action Launcher
Action Launcher is a great option that mixes things up and changes the interface paradigm from what you'd expect in a "normal" launcher. It simply transforms your dull, boring old phone into something unique. There's no regular dock and app drawer, instead replacing it with a slide-in drawer to house your apps. You also get Shutters and Covers, which give you innovative ways to launch into folders and widgets with swipes — it's all about getting to your apps and content quicker.
The newest version, Action Launcher 3.5, takes things up to a new design that fits in with Android 5.0 Lollipop, and introduces a few new features as well. There's a free version of Action Launcher for everyone to try, with a pro upgrade costing just $4.99 — and after you figure out the time-saving features you'll want to unlock it.
It's fair to say that Action Launcher is one of our favorites as well as being one of the very best.

OPPO R7 LITE REVIEW

Oppo has been ramping up its product portfolio to gain a significant foothold in the competitive Indian smartphone market. Over the past 12 months alone, the company has unveiled several new models, including the R5, the Mirror 3, and the recently Mirror 5. The Oppo R7 Lite aims to be the flagship smartphone on a budget, with an eye-popping slim design, full metal frame and stable performance. But how does it fare against some very tough competition indeed?

The R7 Lite offers a 5-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 720, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It looks sharp, colorful and crisp, although not quite as bright as the Xiaomi Mi4. The phone ships with the company’s native ColorOS v2.1, based on Google’s Android 5.1 Lollipop. It is hugely customizable thanks to a dedicated Themes store – you can download several colorful themes depending upon your taste and choice, add free widgets, lock screens, widgets and even camera modes. In addition, the UI lets you take advantage of gesture shortcuts (double tap to wake up the screen or draw Oto start the camera). Interestingly, you can also create your own gesture shortcuts to spice up the user experience.
The R7 Lite uses a Snapdragon 615 quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM, which is not the latest or the most powerful available chipset, but is the same used in the Lenovo Vibe Shot and the Motorola Moto X Play. In day-to-day use, it’s snappy. Apps open quickly and there’s no noticeable lag while opening web pages. We hardly experienced slow down during games, though Need for Speed: No Limits proved unplayable.
There’s a healthy 16GBof internal storage, but Oppo’s heavily skinned software knocks over 5.84 GBoff the total, leaving 10.6 GBavailable for your own apps and media, which makes the expandable memory slot a welcome addition to the spec list. When it comes to connectivity the Oppo R7 Lite includes Wi-Fi , 4G, dual SIM(Micro-SIMand Nano-SIM) and Bluetooth 4.0. Calls sound fine and the stereo speakers on the R7 Lite deliver crystal clear and loud sound. The phone’s 2,320mAh ( non-removable) battery lasted between 8 to 9 hours on a single charge, so you need to charge it every night – not the greatest, we are afraid.

The Oppo R7 Lite promises a lot, and delivers on many fronts. Its design is the high point, and the build quality is top notch. Even the hardware and software seemed to have worked in its favor. We did expect more from the display and camera, though. If you just want a sexy looking smartphone, then the R7 Lite (Rs. 17,990) is a wise decision. Bring performance and specs into the equation, however, and the going gets tough for it with the likes of the OnePlus One (Rs.18,998), the Moto X Play (Rs. 18,990) and the Xiaomi Mi 4 (Rs 14,999) coming into the picture

RAM : 2GB

COOLPAD NOTE 3 REVIEW

BUDGET SMARTPHONE WITH A FINGER PRINT SENSONR

The coolpad note 3 is not a particularly good looking phone. Its looks are rather indistinguishable from a majority of other phones. Build Quality is somewhat better.  Along the edge runs a metal band and there is an aluminium frame inside which makes the phone feel rigid in hand and while in the use. The 5.5 inch display on coolpad note 3 is good and offers vibrant colours.

The Coolpad UI is simple to navigate and the phone dose'nt house a traditional app drawer. However main attraction of the UI experince is the new finger print sensor which works likes a charm.
Powered by an octa core MediaTek chip and 3GB RAM the phone is quite capable in handling everyday tasks.
The Coolpad note 3 has everything that you might need from an entry level smartphone. A descent display, reliable performance and a workable 13MP shooter. On top on that, this is the first and only phone which offers fingerprint security at this price point ! which is quite a unique feature adding to the device's desirability.

SPECIFICATIONS:

RAM : 3GB
MEMORY : 16GB
SCREEN SIZE : 5.5 INCH
OS : ANDROID 5.1 LOLLIPOP
BATTERY 3000mAh

PRICE : 8,999
